   Send us the order

   Mobile radiography is performed on the order of a physician, surgeon, or facility. Share the order, prescription, or pre-op checklist so we can confirm the study requested.

   We confirm availability and coverage

   Call 754-300-9290 or request an appointment online. We confirm the study can be arranged for your address within Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County, and coordinate with an imaging partner where the study is delivered that way.

   The visit

   Portable imaging equipment is brought to your location. You are positioned for the requested view, asked to hold still and, for a chest study, to hold your breath briefly. Each exposure lasts a fraction of a second.

   Images are sent for interpretation

   Images are transmitted for interpretation by a qualified radiologist. We do not interpret images ourselves.

   Report delivery

   The report is delivered to you and, where you direct us, to the ordering physician, surgeon, or surgical coordinator.

• Have the written order or prescription for the study available
• Have photo identification ready
• Wear clothing without metal near the area being imaged; you may be asked to remove jewelry
• Tell the technologist if you are or may be pregnant before any imaging is performed
• Mention implanted devices, prior surgeries, or recent imaging of the same area
• Clear a path and a small area where the portable equipment can be positioned

X-rays use a small amount of ionizing radiation. Studies should be performed when a clinician has determined the information gained outweighs that exposure — not as a routine default. Routine chest radiography is not appropriate for every pre-operative patient.

Always tell the technologist if you are or may be pregnant before any imaging is performed. If you have urgent symptoms — significant shortness of breath, chest pain, or injury — seek emergency care rather than booking a routine appointment.

Reports are delivered to you and, where you direct us, to the ordering physician, surgeon, or surgical coordinator. Most test results are available within 24–72 hours, depending on the test and laboratory.
