Mobile Phlebotomy
Mobile Blood Draw Services in South Florida
Pink Mobile Labs & Diagnostics brings the blood draw to you. A trained phlebotomist collects your specimens at your home, office, or hotel anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County, then transports them to the processing laboratory — no waiting room, no traffic, no time off work.
What a mobile blood draw is
A mobile blood draw is a venipuncture or specimen collection performed at your location by a trained phlebotomist. The clinical steps are the same as a draw station visit — identity verification, correct tube selection and draw order, point-of-collection labeling, and controlled transport — but the visit happens wherever you are.
Pink Mobile Labs performs the collection and transport. The laboratory performs the analysis and releases the results, which is why turnaround varies by test.

- People with mobility limitations, chronic illness, or who are homebound
- Caregivers coordinating testing for an older adult or a family member
- Busy professionals and travelers who cannot spend a morning in a draw station waiting room
- Patients with anxiety around clinical settings who are more comfortable at home
- Post-operative patients recovering at home or in a recovery residence
- Employers, clinics, and facilities arranging on-site collections for their people
How a mobile blood draw appointment works
- 1
Share your order or tell us what you need
If a physician, surgeon, or facility ordered specific blood work, send us the order or requisition. Some tests we offer can be requested directly; others require an order from your clinician.
- 2
Book a time and location
Request an appointment online or call 754-300-9290. We confirm your address is inside Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County and schedule a window that works for you.
- 3
A phlebotomist comes to you
A trained phlebotomist arrives at your home, office, or hotel with the supplies needed for your collection, confirms your identity, and answers questions before starting.
- 4
Specimen collection
Tubes are drawn in the order required for the ordered tests, labeled at the point of collection, and handled according to the requirements for each specimen type.
- 5
Transport to the laboratory
Specimens are packaged and transported to the processing laboratory. Analysis is performed by the laboratory, not at your bedside.
- 6
Results and follow-up
Most test results are available within 24–72 hours, depending on the test and laboratory. Results are released to you and, where you direct us, to the ordering clinician or surgical coordinator.
Orders, requisitions, and what we can collect
Many tests require a physician, surgeon, or facility order before a specimen can be collected and processed. If your clinician gave you a requisition, a clearance form, or a written checklist, share it when you book. Other tests in our service catalog can be requested directly.
Preparing for surgery? Pre-operative panels are described in detail on our pre-operative lab testing page, and the full evaluation process is covered under medical clearance. If your procedure date is very close, see time-sensitive pre-op services.
How to prepare for your draw
- Ask the ordering clinician whether fasting is required — some panels require it and some do not
- Drink water beforehand unless you were told otherwise; hydration makes collection easier
- Have your photo ID, the order or requisition, and your insurance or payment method ready
- Wear a short sleeve or a sleeve that rolls up easily above the elbow
- Keep a current list of medications and supplements available
- Choose a well-lit spot with a table or armrest where you can sit comfortably
Results and turnaround
Most test results are available within 24–72 hours, depending on the test and laboratory.
Turnaround is determined by the test ordered and the laboratory processing it, so we do not promise a single universal timeframe. If results are needed before a surgical date or another deadline, tell us that deadline when you schedule so the appointment can be planned around it.
